Client Circumstances which Contribute to a High Use of Case Management Time: An Exploratory Study

2000
An exploratory study of the relationship between client circumstance and high use of case management time, the focus of which was generated by Inner East Community Options (IECO), a case management and brokerage agency operating in Melbourne's Inner Eastern Region, is illustrated. Client 'status' characteristics were examined, in addition to the number of problems, severity of problems and a Global Assessment Score, but neither client status nor demographic characteristics showed any effect on case management time.
