The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device including an insulation layer of a multilayer structure. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate, an insulation layer arranged on the substrate, and a display device layer arranged on the insulation layer. The insulation layer includes at least one low refractive layer and at least one high refractive layer.
