APROXIMACIÓN AL VALOR DE LA MEDIACIÓN TERAPÉUTICA. CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL USO DE OBJETOS, ACCIONES Y ACTIVIDADES EN CONTEXTO LIBRE Y EN CONTEXTO TERAPÉUTICO, DE NIÑOS CON TRASTORNOS DEL ESPECTRO AUTISTA DE 4 AÑOS DE EDAD

En el presente proyecto de investigacion de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo, proponemos estudiar el valor de la mediacion del Terapeuta Ocupacional en el uso de objetos, las acciones y actividades desarrolladas por ninos con T.E.A. Para ello utilizaremos cuatro objetos desconocidos por los ninos, que seran usados para la observacion en contexto libre, donde se encontraran solos con los objetos sin la mediacion del T.O., y en contexto terapeutico, en el cual se constituye la triada: nino-objeto-T.O. Dichas situaciones permitiran analizar el modo en que el nino con T.E.A. se relaciona con los objetos para conocer que tipo de usos, acciones y actividades se producen cuando hay un T.O. como mediador y cuando no hay. Desde una perspectiva psico-educativa constructivista, realizamos un recorrido por la evolucion del concepto T.E.A. Analizamos el uso de objetos desde una mirada semiotica y pragmatica, las acciones y actividades, asi como la nocion de mediacion vygoskiana. Esta investigacion contribuiria al desarrollo cientifico, epistemologico y clinico de T.O. Favoreceria a la clinica en tanto herramienta para disenar estrategias de intervencion, en la triada nino con T.E.A - T.O - objeto. Asimismo podria acrecentar y promover el conocimiento de la practica del T.O. con esta poblacion desde la perspectiva abordada. CHARACTERISTICS OF USING OBJECTS, ACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES IN FREE CONTEXT AND THERAPEUTIC CONTEXT OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS THAT ARE 4 YEARS OLD In this research project, exploratory-descriptive study suggest the value of the mediation of the Occupational Therapist in the use of objects, actions and activities of children with ASD. To this objective we will use four objects unknown for the children which be used to the observation in context free, where the children will be alone with the objects without TO´s mediation, and therapeutic context which is constitutes for the triad childobject -OT. These situations allow us to analyze how the child with autism is related to the objects to know what types of uses, actions and activities occur when a OT as a mediator, and when there is not. We develop a theorical path by the evolution of TEA´s concept, form the psychosocial educational constructivist perspective. We analyze the use of objects from a semiotic and pragmatic view, the actions and activities as well as the notion of mediation vygoskiana. This research will contribute to the scientific, epistemological and clinical OT. Favor the clinic as a tool for designing intervention strategies, designed to develop meaningful activities of children with ASD.
