The device comprises a water inlet pipe, a first granular active carbon column water outlet, a granular active carbon column, the ultrafiltration membrane, a pressure sensor, an ultrafiltration membrane pumping water pump, an ultrafiltration membrane tank, a fresh water box, a back washing water pump, a check valve, a flow valve, a fresh water box water inlet, an ultrafiltration membrane tank water inlet, a first granular active carbon column water inlet, a water drainage pipe and a fresh water box water outlet. The method for removing the micro medical drugs in the tap water comprises the steps of 1, filling modified granular active carbon into the granular active carbon column, and 2, treating the tap water containing the micro medical drugs. The device and the method can be used for removing the micro medical drugs in the tap water.
