31.2: Ultra‐Thin High‐Transparency Projective Capacitive Touch Sensing Film

An ultra-thin capacitive touch sensing film is developed using colorless polyimide for large-area flexible displays. The film thickness is only 20um and transmittance is more than 90%. No degradation in touch sensitivity is observed after bending under 2cm curvature radius for more than 5000 times. Sheet resistance of transparent conductive oxide layer is less than 20Ω/□.
