Virtual Emergency Meeting System Based on Hall for Workshop of Meta-Synthetic Engineering

Emergency meeting is a very important part of Emergency management. Aimed at the complexity and uncertainty of the management, this article analyzed the function requirement first, and then constructed a virtual emergency meeting system based on the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering, and its technological frame and system structure oriented to service were given also. The proposed system is meaningful to realize efficiency emergency management of information era.
