Nanostructure Thin Films: Synthesis and Different Applications

Thin films have been successfully deposited using various deposition techniques. In this chapter, several physical and chemical deposition techniques are discussed. The obtained thin films were characterized by using different tools as reported in the literature review. The researchers concluded that these films could be used in solar cell and optoelectronic applications.
