The evaluation of urethral diverticular disease has evolved over time to include many imaging modalities including magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasonography, cystography, and urodynamics. Depending on patient presentation, optimized diagnosis may require multimodal evaluation. This chapter will discuss the different radiographic options for the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of periurethral lesions, specifically urethral diverticular disease.
