correct separation of the signals of the real and imaginary components of the complex dielectric permittivity and, at the same time, is narrow enough to enable observation of ion-molecular complexes of aqueous solutions of electrolytes as identifying features of natural and waste waters. A growth in the real part of the dielectric permittivity of aqueous solutions in the layers of mass transfer associated with the intensity of mass transfer is established.
