The invention provides a ventilation system of a substation equipment chamber. The ventilation system comprises an intake channel and an exhaust channel, an intake air fan and an air filter are arranged in the intake channel, and the intake air fan is located on the upstream of the air filter; an exhaust fan is arranged in the exhaust channel. By the arrangement, problems that normal operation of equipment is affected due to a great deal of dust and moisture in the equipment chamber of a substation and labor intensity is high for workers cleaning equipment in the prior art are solved.
