The article deals with the problem of sustainable development of modern organizations. The threats to the company's stability are analyzed in the framework of the theory of business life-cycles and the stakeholder theory in the context of the conflicts between members of the management system. The authors review the challenges the businesses face, as well as discuss how to resolve the conflicts between the key stakeholders. The main ways to support the stability of a company at various life cycle stages are defined.
