Analýza motivačního systému ve vybrané společnosti

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current motivation system in the selected company. In the first part of the thesis a theoretical knowledge is processed. It deals with the definition of basic concepts, especially the difference between motivation and stimulation. It also focuses on motivation theories and systems. It also deals with remuneration and care of the employees. In the practical part there is basic information about the company, its motivation system, survey using a questionnaire concerning employee satisfaction with the motivation system and its evaluation. At the end of the thesis there are possible suggestions for improvement of the motivation system.
