Comparação entre as respostas psicofisiológicas em teste incremental na e esteira e jogos de Futsal adaptados
2019
To better prepare the athlete for the game, we must know his physiological and perceptive responses to the training. Knowing this important step, this study aimed to analyze the psychophysiological responses of athletes of the infantile and juvenile futsal categories in different training formats. The sample consisted of 20 athletes (13 ± 1.2 years) who were initially submitted to anthropometric evaluation: height, body mass and percentage of fat, maximum stress test in the treadmill. Subsequently, the training sessions were analyzed in different formats of reduced games (2x2 and 3x3). Heart rate and subjective perception of exertion were monitored in all sessions. The mean heart rate in both the treadmill test (190.2 ± 9.8) and the 2x2 and 3x3 games (190.8 ± 12.9 and 184.2 ± 16.6) were very similar. Meanwhile, the perception of the effort reported in the treadmill test (9.5 ± 0.7) was superior to the 2x2 and 3x3 games performed in the training (7.0 ± 1.2 and 6.5 ± 1.4), respectively. It was concluded that the internal loading intensities found in the training exercises were similar and even superior to the maximum treadmill test. Already the perception of effort compared to the exercises showed lower values than those found in the treadmill test. Revealing a difference between internal, external and perceptual load in training.
