Water and oil repellency wooden building materials

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody building material which gave water and oil repelling properties and contamination resistance while utilizing the feeling of material and texture of wood. SOLUTION: The water and oil repelling building material is coated with a paint film formed from a photo-curable resin composition which contains a fluorine-containing copolymer (A) having a structural unit indicated by a predetermined structure and radical-polymerizable unsaturated bonds, pulverized wax or fine silica particles (B) having wax-treated surfaces, a photo-polymerizable oligomer (C) having two or more (met)acryloyl groups, a reactive monomer (D), and a photopolymerization initiator (E) and in which the content of the structural unit in the copolymer (A) is 15-60 wt.%.
