A cosmetic composition to impart gloss to the lips, comprising: (a) from 0.1 to 40% by weight of copolymer Bis-Stearyl Ethylenediamine / Neopentyl Glycol / Stearyl Hydrogenated Dimer Dilinoleate with an average molecular weight between 3,000 and 7,500 Daltons and capable of forming a gel with low polarity oils and non-polar to a transition temperature sol-gel Tgel or below the same, 70 to 80 ° C; (B) 0.1 to 20% by weight of a first wax component comprises one or more waxes selected from the group consisting of linear polyethylene wax, petroleum wax microcritalina and combinations thereof; (C) 0.1 to 20% by weight of a second component comprising ozokerite wax wax; (D) from 0.1 to 25% by weight of a T propylphenyl silsesquioxane resin with a refractive index of at least 1.50 measured as a film to 25OC; (E) one or more oils of low polarity or non-polar capable of forming a gel with said copolymer Bis-Stearyl Ethylenediamine / Neopentyl Glycol / Stearyl Hydrogenated Dimer Dilinoleate to said transition temperature sol-gel Tgel or lower, in which said one or more oils of low polarity or non-polar are selected from a group consisting of oils of fatty esters, hydrocarbons and silicones base; and (f) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of one or more pearlizing agents; wherein said composition has a brightness through the entire range from 0.1 to 10% by weight of one or more pearlizing agents, within 10% of the brightness of an otherwise identical composition in the absence of one or more of said pearlizing agents, as measured at an angle of 85 °.
