Method of preventing coking in packing and vacuum tower using thereof

PURPOSE: A method for preventing the calking within a packing and a vacuum distillation column are provided to effectively prevent the calking of packing inside the vacuum distillation column, thereby reducing the mal function of the vacuum distillation column. CONSTITUTION: The AR(Atmospheric Residue)(201) is heated by a heating means(206). The heated AR is supplied to a flash zone of a vacuum distillation column. The caulk by a caulking condition among AR is washed in a packing within a vacuum distillation column(208). One part(204) of the extracted HVGO(Heavy Vacuum Gas Oil)(203) is resupplied to upper part of the packing through a pump. One part of the HVGO is cooled by a cooling unit(209). The cooled HVGO(205) is evaporated inside the packing.
