Preparation method of marine hose joint resin and armor layer flat steel pulling-out force sample

2015
The invention relates to a preparation method of a marine hose joint resin and armor layer flat steel pulling-out force sample, which comprises the following steps that 1) two casting molds with the same shape are machined; 2) the sides, provided with through grooves, of the two casting molds are butted; 3) an armor layer flat steel fixing support which comprises a plane steel plate and a support body used for supporting the plane steel plate is machined, and a row of holes with the quantity equal to that of casting mold cavities are formed in the plane steel plate; 4) joint resin and a curing agent are mixed and the joint resin is injected into the casting mold cavities of the casting molds prior to coagulation; 5) the plane steel plate is supported above the casting molds via the support body and a position of the support body 4 is adjusted to allow the holes in the plane steel plate to be vertically aligned to the centers of the casting mold cavities; 6) armor layer flat steel with the quantity equal to that of the casting mold cavities is inserted into the holes respectively and connected with center points of the corresponding casting mold cavities; and 7) the plane steel plate and the support body are taken down after the joint resin is completely cured and the two butted casting molds are separated to form the pulling-out force sample.
