Research progress of regulatory dendritic cells in tumor microenvironment

Regulatory dendritic cells (DCreg), a type of dendritic cells (DCs) with strong immunosuppressive activity, are commonly observed in malignant tumor microenvironment.The growth of tumor cells can be promoted by the negative regulation DCreg through multiple pathways.In addition, more DCreg can be produced under gradually deteriorated tumor microenvironment.It is necessary to investigate the nature and function of DCreg and analyze the mechanism of DCreg in tumor microenvironment.This review Summarizes some evidence which reveals tumor imune escape and targeted-elimination of tumor.
