Complex processing of vegetative raw materials is actual at development of pharmaceutical technology. Poplar black ( P о pulus nigra L.) – one of the pharmaceutical plants applied as antimicrobial, resolvent. As raw materials at poplar prepare buds at which preparation branches (outgrowths) of plant are wastes. For the purpose of justification the expediency of complex processing of poplar outgrowths at preparation of buds morphological, spectroscopical and chromatographic researches of flavonoid structure of this plant are carried out. As a result of the carried-out researches existence of flavonoid structures is revealed, in particular, pinostrobin in bark of truncated poplar black outgrowths that testifies to prospects of bark and outgrowths of this plant as medicinal vegetative raw materials.
