Cleaning-free detection method of weld seam of electronic fitting

The invention discloses a cleaning-free detection method of a weld seam of an electronic fitting. The method comprises a vacuum detection bench, the vacuum detection bench is connected with a detection panel through an enclosed telescoping port, and the detection panel is provided with an extraction opening in vacuum communication with the inside of the vacuum detection bench; and the vacuum detection bench is also provided with an alcohol storage box, and a syringe is configured on the alcohol storage box. According to the invention, alcohol in the alcohol storage box is drawn off by use of the syringe and is injected to the sealing end of the fitting to enable the sealing end to be covered by the alcohol, then the vacuum detection bench carries out vacuum extraction, if the alcohol at the sealing end does not disappear obviously and rapidly, it is proved that sealing is good, if the alcohol disappears rapidly, this indicates that the sealing is defective, and thus the sealing end is adjusted.
