Brake pad structure
2015
The invention discloses a brake pad structure. The brake pad structure comprises a steel back and a friction block; the steel back is fixed on the friction block through a high-temperature hot pressing process, and is an U-shaped structure; rotating blocks are respectively arranged at two side end parts of an U-shaped cavity of the steel back, and are rotationally connected with the end parts of the U-shaped cavity; the friction block is a T-shaped structure, and is fixed in the U-shaped cavity of the steel back; and the rotating blocks are buckled with the upper end of the friction block. The brake pad structure is skillful in structure; the steel back is set as the U-shaped structure; the rotating blocks are respectively arranged at two side end parts of the U-shaped cavity of the steel back, and are rotationally connected with the end parts of the U-shaped cavity; and then, the friction block is arranged as the T-shaped structure, so that the friction block can be fixed in the U-shaped cavity of the steel back; the rotating blocks are buckled with the upper end of the friction block; and the friction block is mounted and clamped through the U-shaped cavity and the rotating blocks when the steel back and the friction block perform mutual high-temperature hot pressing, so that the whole structure is more stable.
