Advances in prevention of perioperative pulmonary embolism

Background Pulmonary embolism(PE) is one of the common complication during perioperative period.Because its high incidence and mortality rates,PE seriously threatened the life safety of surgery patients.Objective To improve the prognosis of perioperative patients,reduce the incidence of perioperative PE,this paper reviewed the clinical prevention of perioperative PE.Content Mainly aimed at the risk factors of perioperative PE,discusses the controversy and progress of clinical effective anticoagulant and interventional preventive measures at home and abroad at present,and how to optimize implementation to minimize the incidence of perioperative PE.Trend Taking comprehensive prevention measures that give priority to anticoagulation drugs and aid by mechanical and interventional anticoagulation can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative PE.
