The invention discloses a construction method for heat-preservation maintenance of shell sliding-formwork concrete under a low-temperature condition. The construction method is characterized in that a piece of awning cloth and a heat-preservation quilt are used for sealing outside a scaffold hanging basket under inner and outer operation platforms after a sliding-formwork is completely assembled, electric air heaters are uniformly arranged on a scaffold hanging basket operating platform, and the electric air heaters are started and an electric greenhouse method is adopted to perform heat-preservation maintenance on the shell concrete. The construction method comprises following construction steps: 1) modifying a sliding-formwork die; 2) arranging circuits and electric heaters; 3) carrying out construction of heat-preservation material; 4) arranging a fireproof apparatus; 5) testing a temperature with an empty formwork; 6) lifting the sliding-formwork for the first time and testing the temperature; 7) performing the heat-preservation construction under the scaffold hanging basket operating platform after lifting the sliding-formwork for 2 meters; and 8) performing additional maintenance construction on formed concrete. The construction method provided by the invention can be used for realizing the continuous construction of the shell sliding-formwork concrete at low temperature not lower than -15 DEG C, ensuring the construction quality of concrete, quickening a construction process, and lowering the construction cost. Besides, the construction method is safe and reliable.
