The invention provides a high-efficiency magneto-rheological polishing device with a controllable magnetic path and relates to the technical field of optical fabrication ultra-precision machining. Based on magneto-rheological polishing technology, the high-efficiency magneto-rheological polishing device which is simple and practical, and high in machining efficiency, and achieves magnetorheological fluid circulated update by controlling of opening and closing of a magnetic path is provided. The high-efficiency magneto-rheological polishing device with the controllable magnetic path comprises an adjustable-speed motor, magnetorheological fluid, polishing sleeves and an excitation device, the adjustable-speed motor consists of a fixed shaft and a hollow shaft, and the hollow shaft is arranged outside the fixed shaft in a coaxial mode. Two fixed blocks are arranged outside the excitation device and a magnetic separating block in a coaxial mode, the polishing sleeves are arranged outside the hollow shaft and the fixed block, the upper portions of the polishing sleeves are connected with the outer surface of the hollow shaft, the lower portions of the polishing sleeves are connected with the outer surfaces of the fixed blocks, and two magnetic stopping blocks which are mutually symmetric are arranged between the two fixed blocks. The high-efficiency magneto-rheological polishing device with the controllable magnetic path is simple and practical, and high in machining efficiency, and achieves the magnetorheological fluid circulated update by controlling of opening and closing of the magnetic path.
