The invention relates to a portable Raman probe and a detection device. The probe comprises: excitation optical fiber, a plurality of near in situ collection optical fibers, a plurality of ex situ collection fibers, an interlayer, a focusing lens group, a window and a packaging shell. Specifically, the plurality of near in situ collection optical fibers surround the excitation optical fiber; the interlayer is arranged around the plurality of near in situ collection optical fibers to separate the ex situ collection fibers and the near in situ collection optical fibers by certain distance; the plurality of ex situ collection fibers surround the interlayer and are in concentric annulus arrangement with the plurality of near in situ collection optical fibers; the focusing lens group is arranged at one end of the excitation optical fiber and the collection fibers, and the center is located on the central axis of the excitation optical fiber; the window is arranged at one focusing lens group side far from the excitation optical fiber; and the packaging shell is disposed around the plurality of ex situ collection fibers, the focusing lens group and the window. The Raman probe provided by the invention has the advantages of compact structure, easy realization and portability, and is more suitable for field and on-site detection.
