The peanut extract (peanut milk), aims to bring to population a rich drink in vegetable protein. For its production, a compact, functional and easy to operate machine was developed, made up of systems of charging, milling and action and a support base. The equipment was developed and validated in laboratory, considering: the time of processing of the product and the residue produced; yields of the machine and residue produced using two distinct sieves (1.5 and 0.42 mm); density by densimeter a mass/volume relation; approximate costs of its production, considering the cost of the kernels, the mineral water and the electric power. The machine presented in laboratory a production time of 110.58 and 98.45 s for the Techniques 1 and 2, respectively, average density of 0,99 kg dm-3; performance of 2000 mL for the siever 1 and 1726 mL for the sieve 2; and, final cost of R$ 1.78 for Technique 1 and R$ 1.50 for the Technique 2.
