A Fast, Reversible, and Robust Gradient Nanocomposite Hydrogel Actuator with Water‐Promoted Thermal Response

A facile strategy is developed to fabricate gradient nanocomposite hydrogels for fast, reversible, and robust thermal actuators. A linear relationship is observed between the maximum bending angles and the corresponding temperatures. In addition, water‐promoted thermal response provides a new insight into the design of effective hydrogel actuators.
