Hightemperature electrical conductivity of solid solutions in the system NaNbO3 — nDnB3O9

Electric conduction of specimens in the system NaNbO3-NdNb3O9 is studied in the range 250 –1400°C. The anomalous behavior of the electrical conductivity as a function of the temperature in the region of high temperatures is associated with the chemisorption of oxygen atoms at the surface of grains in polycrystalline dielectrics
