To the Editor: We read with interest the report of Wingerchuk et al.1 describing two cases of paraneoplastic encephalomyelitis (PEM) associated with occult nonmetastatic testicular seminoma. Serum antineuronal antibodies were not found in either patient. Two other recent reports have described large solitary focal demyelinating lesions of the brain in patients with seminoma.2 …
