The invention discloses full-automatic continuous production equipment of carbon-nano materials and a production method. The full-automatic continuous production equipment comprises parts such as a furnace body, a settler, a bin, a spiral conveyor, a storage bin, a vacuum suctioning and feeding device, a solid-gas separator, a ball grinder and the like. In production, an atomizer sprays a catalyst, hydrocarbon liquid and nitrogen-hydrogen gas; a carbon-nanotube material is synthesized in the furnace body and enters the bin for storage along with the gas; and gas in the furnace body drives partial carbon nanotubes to enter the settler, and the carbon nanotubes are settled in the settler. The discharging process comprises the following steps that the carbon nanotubes fall into the spiral conveyor from the bin, and are conveyed into the storage bin; the carbon nanotubes are suctioned out of the storage bin by utilizing the vacuum suctioning and feeding device, are filtered out by the solid-gas separator to enter the horizontal type ball grinder, are fully compressed and then are suctioned and fed into a vacuum packaging machine. The full-automatic continuous production equipment and the production method disclosed by the invention have the advantages that implementation of the integrated continuous operation process of production, conveying, treatment and package under the condition without stop of the furnace is guaranteed, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved and the following treatment process is simplified.
