System and method for managing device identifiers of ubiquitous network

The present invention discloses a ubiquitous network gateway, which includes: a transfer unit, used for transferring the extended network device identifiers of the ubiquitous network to the device identifiers of the communications network, maintaining, storing or caching the mapping relation between the extended network device identifiers of the ubiquitous network and the device identifiers of the communications network, and transferring the device identifiers of the communications network to the extended network device identifiers of the ubiquitous network; an identifier mapping unit, used for maintaining or storing the mapping relations among the extended network device identifiers of the ubiquitous network, the device identifiers of the communications network and the gateway identifiers of the ubiquitous network. A system and method for managing communications network device identifiers of the ubiquitous network are disclosed in the present invention. The use of the ubiquitous network gateway, system and method of the present invention can enable the service interaction with the extended network device of the ubiquitous network and benefit the service development of the ubiquitous network.
