Десинхроноз в нозологии эссенциальной гипертонии

2008
The research results in essential arterial hypertension nosology, which generally represents the process of disadaptation relative to the circadian rhythm being an endogenic desyn-chronosis originating either from the peripheral organs' normal functioning rhythm disturbance or central photoperiodism structures' rhythmogenic function failure, are quoted in the article. One can be sure about the combined hypertension in the symptomatic hypertension patients with the appearance of the desynchronosis. The possibility of using melatonin within a set of measures aimed at the circadian rhythmics recovery as the desynchronosis conditioned essential arterial hypertension treatment mode is considered here.
