An Unusual Complication of Pelvic Exenteration
1976
Abstract A case of recurrent carcinoma at the site of a urinary conduit stoma after total pelvic exenteration for carcinoma of the cervix is reported. Treatment by radical excision of the abdominal wall encircling the conduit and postoperative radiotherapy was successful. The patient is free of disease 6 years later.
