DRC2012-00095 – Phillips Refinery – extend rail spur – 2555 Willow – Jim Anderson presented the proposed extension of rail spurs at refinery. Will be on SCAC agenda but awaits EIR before SCAC action proposed. DRC2012-00104 MUP Guadalupe Cooling applied to replace six antennas with 12 new ones – Agent did not reply to our telephone calls to appear before LUC. Deferred to July Land Use Committee agenda SUB2012-00044 CO13-0002 DEGROOT – 091-402-001 Winterhaven – Application to divide one acre into 6/7 commercial/industrial condos.
