Application of Geological Drilling Mud Preparation

Based on traditional mud ratio and the analysis of the factors causing borehole diameter shortening and natural pulping of Calcium clay in geological exploration,new mud ratio is designed and experiments are conducted.The results show that mud prepared according to new ratio can deal with the problems of borehole diameter shortening and natural pulping of Calcium clay in geological exploration,make drilling go on smoothly,improve the reliability and authenticity of geological evaluation and reduce pollution.Besides,the mud content and mud use requirements for different strata are discussed in order to provide effective solutions to hole accidents.
