Effect of heat treatment on microstructure of Ti-46Al based alloy with hafnium addition was investigated by double-temperature heat treatment.DTA analysis results show that the eutectoid temperature(Te) is 1110 ℃,the alpha phase transition temperature(Tα) is 1330 ℃.The metallographic analysis results show that the optimum parameters of double-temperature heat treatment processing are given as: 1400 ℃×1 h,WQ,1280 ℃,3 h→AC.
