The utility model relates to an intelligent gas flow rate and pressure controller which consists of a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a stepping motor, a pressure stabilization valve body and a closed-loop control system, wherein the closed-loop control system is respectively connected with the stepping motor, the pressure sensor and the flow sensor by a lead harness; the flow sensor, the pressure stabilization valve body and the pressure sensor are sequentially connected onto a gas circuit pipeline; and the stepping motor is connected onto a sliding block of a pressure stabilization valve by a shaft. As the electric pressure stabilization valve, the pressure sensor and a flow meter are matched with each other, the digital pressure control and the digital flow rate control can be realized, the effects of constant pressure output and constant flow rate can be achieved, the problem of complicated operation caused by manual adjustment is solved, and the work efficiency and the work quality can be improved; and the device can be realized by simply reforming the common pressure stabilization valve, thus being great in popularization value.
