KONJENİTAL AKTİVE PROTEİN C REZİSTANSI VE PROTEİN S EKSİKLİĞİNE BAĞLI PULMONER EMBOLİ (OLGU BİLDİRİSİ)

2012
OZET Protein S ve protein C'nin konjenital eksikliklerinin yani sira faktor V genindeki nokta mutasyonuna bagli olarak ortaya cikan aktif protein C rezistansi venoz tromboz icin oldukca sik rastlanan risk faktorleridir. Bacaginda tekrarlayan tromboflebiti takiben olusan pulmoner embolinin etyolojisini arastirmak amaciyla yaptigimiz tetkiklerinde hem protein S eksikligi hem de protein C rezistansini birlikte saptadigimiz 18 yasindaki bir olguyu nadir rastlanmasi nedeniyle irdeledik. Sonuc olarak, ozellikle genc yaslarda tromboembolik problemler yasayan hastalarda bu antikoagulan faktorlerin eksikligi aranmalidir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Pulmoner emboli, tromboflebit, protein S, protein C SUMMARY Congenital lack of protein S and protein C, and active protein C resistance, which is caused by point mutation of factor V gen, are risk factors for venous trombosis. Here we present a case of pulmoner embolism following repeated thromboflebitis of leg, who showed a lack of protein S and active protein C resistance. As a result, the lack of anticoagulan factors must be investigated in patients with thromboembolism, especially if the patients is younger. Key Words: Pulmoner embolism, thromboflebitis, protein S, protein C
