2018
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing path in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 coronary heart disease patients from January 2016 to January 2017 in this hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases of each group. The control group was given the routine nursing, and the observation group was given incremental recovery path on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function, life quality and adverse cardiovascular events of the two groups were compared. Results The HR of the observation group 6 months after nursing was lower than that of the control group, LVEF was higher than that of the control group, LVEDD was lower than that of the control group, life quality was better than that of the control group, and the walking distance was greater than that of the control group at 6 minutes, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusions The progressive rehabilitation nursing path can improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease, improve sports endurance and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events.
