Методы оптического биоимиджинга в исследованиях онкологических заболеваний

In this paper we review modern methods of optical bioimagingand its capabilities to the cancer detection. Despite of the considerable progress of research technologies, cancer is the globally problem, especially its diagnosis in the early stages, when there is a high probability of complete rehabilitation of the patient. A comparison of modern technologies in the field of microscopic visualization is needed to identify the most promising methods for cancer diagnosis.
