Research Progress of β-thalassemia Guangxi Zhuang Minority Region

β-thalassemia is common genetic sexually transmitted diseases in our country,whose invasion may be many differences in characteristics of racial and geographical.In this paper,the molecular basis of disease incidence,and the disease common types:CD41 /42,IVS-Ⅱ654,CD17,TATA-28,CD71 /72,TATA-29 and HLA-DQB1 genome and CR1 genome in Guangxi Zhuang region are reviewed.
