Ejercicio físico y células Natural Killer en mujeres sanas y con cáncer de mama: Revisión Sistemática

2020
The goal of this review was to analyze the effect of different physical exercise interventions on the Natural Killer cell response in healthy women and women diagnosed with breast cancer. A systematic search was conducted on Web of Science, Scopus, Ebsco, and PubMed databases of which 26 citations met the inclusion criteria: 14 studies including physical exercise interventions in healthy women, and 12 in women diagnosed with breast cancer. The result of the review showed that Natural Killer cells are found to increase immediately after physical effort in both populations, however, their response to chronic exercise is not yet clear. On the other hand, it was observed that aerobic exercise seems to be the one that most favors this increase.
