FATİH Projesine Yönelik Görüşleri Değerlendirme Ölçeği: Güvenirlik ve Geçerlilik Çalışması

The Turkish Ministry of Education is now introducing Project FATIH to ensuring integration of ICT with learning and teaching processes. The principal objective of this Project is to set up learning environs, where equal opportunities are recognized, due regard is given to individual differences and classrooms are technology-enhanced. This study has entailed to the development of a scale for determining opinions of teachers, as the first-hand implementers, about the FATIH project. Expert opinions, factor and items analyses were used as basis for reliability and validity testing with this scale, which composed of 3 dimensions, namely, awareness, foresight and expectation.
