On 62 Cases of Cardiac Arrhythmia after Lung Cancer Operations

Objective:To explore the reasons,the preventions and the treatment for the cardiac arrhythmia after the lung cancer operation.Methods:To observe the relation between cardiac arrhythmia after lung cancer operations and the change of pre-operation EKG,pulmonary function and the range of lung excision.Results:For 328 lung cancer patients over 60 years old,the post-operation cardiac arrhythmia occupied 18.9% of all the cases;the change of pre-operation EKG,25.9%;the lung mal-ventilation,26.6%;and the total pneumonectomy,31.5%.Conclusions:The following are fundamental preventions for pre-operation treatment of cardiac diseases,correction of blood oxygen,strict indications of total pneumonectomy,oxygen inhalation after operations and immediate active treatments of post-operation lung complications.
