Alcohol dispelling solid beverage and production process thereof

The invention relates to an alcohol dispelling solid beverage and a production process of the alcohol dispelling solid beverage. The production process comprises the following steps of: grinding or crushing turnjujube, mixing the turnjujube with the root of kudzu vine, poria cocos, fructus amomi, lophatherum gracile, chrysanthemum, ginger and dark plum, adding 6-10 times of water, boiling twice, heating till being boiled and keeping slight boiled for 1-3 hours; and combining the boiling liquids, filtering, concentrating, mixing with auxiliary materials, adding citric acid, subsequently pelletizing and drying so as to produce the alcohol dispelling solid beverage. The alcohol dispelling solid beverage is safe, non-toxic, scientific and effective in formula, simple and reasonable in process and low in production cost; and the product is easy to preserve, convenient to carry over and convenient to brew, thereby being an alcohol dispelling food which is convenient to take.
