Toll road charging check method and system

The application discloses a toll road charging check method. The method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle enters a toll road, pictures of the vehicle and an entry station are taken, and the pictures are written into a pass card; and, when the vehicle leaves the toll road, the pictures in the pass card are read, the vehicle in the picture is compared with a real vehicle to check consistency, and whether the entry station in the picture is a real entry station is also judged. The application further discloses a toll road charging check system. When the vehicle enters the toll road, the pictures of the vehicle are taken, vehicle appearance, a vehicle license plate and entry station environment are stored in the pass card in an image form. When the vehicle leaves the toll road, images in the pass card are compared with the real vehicle and the real entry station to check the consistency, so illegal toll evasion by vehicle pass card exchanges in midway, license plate exchanges, cargo transfers, pass card forgery, etc. can be thus prevented.
