Efficacy of Treating Phlegm Accumulating and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease by Strengthening Spleen and Removing Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis Method

2014
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating the phlegm accumulating and blood stasis syndrome of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by strengthening spleen and removing phlegm and removing blood stasis method. Methods:First,240 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 120 patients were assigned to the treatment group and the other 120 patients assigned to the control group. The treatment group took Zhibitai Capsule while the control group took atorvastatin calcium tablets. 3 months was as one course. After one course's treatment,we made a comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups about the patients' asymptomatic, liver function and the serum lipids. Results:The total efficiency of treatment group was 88.33% and the control group's was 79.17%. There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05). After treatment, two groups' glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(ALT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(AST),serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG)were lower than before(P0.05). Meanwhile, after treatment, the decline of ALT,AST,TC and TG was more obviously in two groups and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:The strengthening spleen and removing phlegm and removing blood stasis method has excellent therapeutic effects on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by and deserves further popularization application in clinic.
