Las migraciones colombianas hacia Perú: la invariabilidad de los flujos migratorios en un periodo de auge de la diáspora (2005-2015)

The main objective of this paper consists to define and explain why a low growth rhythm of the Colombian migrations to Peru in comparison with other countries in Latin America throughout the last two decades is there. It is meant to explore the migratory dynamics and trends between Colombia and Peru among 2005-2015. For this purpose, it will be inspected the principal Peruvian government policies and decision-making process about migrations in the last 20 years, and the social and economic context in both countries of which impacts in the invariability of the migratory fluxes which can explain this phenomenon, moreover with the actual migration trends of this population.
