A method of manufacturing a labeled antibody, comprising the steps of: a) silica nanoparticles and the surface containing the functional molecule having a thiol group and a maleimide group having a linking molecule and the presence of co-solvent amine thereby forming a thioether bond between said thiol group and a maleimide group, thereby obtaining a bonded silica nanoparticles and linker molecules containing a functional molecule, and b) causing the bonding a connector molecule and the silica-containing nanoparticles functional molecule, and an antibody co-carbodiimide in the presence of an aqueous solvent, an amide bond is formed between the connection amine molecule having the above-described antibody having a carboxyl group.
