Study on Influence of Glycerol to Lactic Acid Crystalllization Behavior

When lactic acid concentrated to 50%,part turn into lactylic anhydride,the product offen containing 10% lactylic anhydride,At actual production,we found that when lactic acid concentration is higher and temperature is lower,it will produce large crystallization,influences the using of products.This experiment through rotating evaporating method concentrate lactic acid and cryopreservation under certain condition,make lactic acid crystallization under certain condition,the relationship betwwen crystallization ratio and crystallization time are investigated.Adding proper glycerol to lactic acid which is concentrated by rotating evaporating method at same condition,then cryopreservation,lactic acid not crystal.It is proved that adding proper glycerol can improve the quality of lactic acid,making lactic acid not crystol at low temperature,solving the limited application of lactic acid at low temperature.
